In Auto Engineering we took apart and reassembled the back break drums. This assignment was very interesting because the teacher Mr.Horton taught us how to do our breaks. This assignment will actually help me with my goal on becoming a auto mechanic after college and making that my full time career, because its something i enjoy.
This CO2 Dragster project was so fun to do and also watch. This project actually took a few weeks to finish because we were racing to win and to be the best in the class. My dragster had a simple black and gold paint job and was very light. We used a band saw to cut our dragsters in to the design that we desired but the real fun part was when we watched our cars racing down the mini car tack that Mr.Horton assembled. My car is in the finals right now and on the night when Mark Keppel hosts the Festival of Learning we'll see whose dragster is the fastest in out 4th period Auto class.
Random Fact: Changing the breaks on a car is easy and simple like finding a cat in a room full of doggy treats.
